IT’S true what they say about fashion trends. Remember how big Cinderella dresses and other elaborate and shimmery ball gowns were back in the 80s? News have it that fashion designers have gone out to unlock their armoire and bring out their  long kept Cinderella dress form.

Cinderella’s Gowns led the recent Prom Fashion 2009 which was flocked by young girls who wanted to get an idea on what to wear on their prom night. This year, prom attendees will be coming in stretched metallic fabric with generous beadwork.

Bright friendly colors are definitely in!

Designers are having a great time dressing up young girls and making them look their age which is sweet. This comes as good news. Remember the time when prom night started to look like a corporate party as teenage girls exerted much effort to don stuff that only fitted mature women.

Seeing young girls shopping for prom accessories, shoes and purses that come in hues that are more appropriate for their age is a breath of fresh air.
