Adam and Allison, a revelation!

AS the end of American Idol 8 draws closer, I can’t help but feel excited that it’s really going to be an Adam Lambert and Allison Iraheta showdown on the final night. The same hair dresser did their hair last night for the rock & roll theme of the show. Apart from using the same beauty salon equipment, watching online I also saw they had the same outfit color. Everything about these two was in sync and the moment they took the stage for their duet, I felt like exploding with overflowing satisfaction.

Adam and Allison crooned to Foghat’s “Slow Ride” and their performance can’t be described by a single adjective. I was thrilled AI came up with a “duet section” in the show. This is the first time they had this and it’s really a come on. I stayed glued on my computer screen lest I missed Adam and Allison’s performance.
Danny Gokey and Kris Allen went first with the song “Renegade” but their performance was far from impressive.
I don’t know but these two, Danny and Kris, seem too confined in their respective genres. They’re too frigid I should say. They’re not the experimental type. They sound and look the same way they did on day one that’s why there’s nothing to expect from them.
They are so unlike Adam and Allison. I still wonder if their beauty salon equipment is sold wholesale or retail. They exude genuine artistry and I agree with Kara - they are the Rock God and Rock Goddess!
